Analytics is the latest buzz. But it’s not just a buzzword. It is a powerful tool that can guide decision making and manage outcomes. When it comes to Learning Analytics, it has the capability to shine a light in the darkest corners of a learning and development challenge. For a trainer, learning analytics can help make the change from providing a service to enabling a solution. At the very least, it can guide in creating better, more powerful courses.

In this 2-hour session, we will share with you some gyan, some secrets and some quick tips that will help you take your first few steps in Learning Analytics and transition from being a trainer to a consultant. And what if you are not a beginner in LA, you ask? Don’t worry, we have something for you. We will also be touching upon some of the latest trends in technology and what they mean for your learning programs.

1. Rangaraj Bhatracharya –

Rangaraj Bhatracharya – has an industry experience of over 15 years . He is an IIM-B alumnus and Mentor for BITS Pilani ( Digital Learning Team). He is the CEO of WeMove Solutions- a theatre based experiential learning & consulting company. Applying his experience and understanding of learning analytics he is designed an interactive story based video learning portal in which participants learning is derived from the interactions and experience. His mentoring stint with BITS Pilani is mainly focussed on applying learning analytics & storytelling to the existing curriculum to create effective learning programs.

2. Ankita Pandey:

“Inspire the learner, deliver a successful project and design a fabulous learning experience” are the three mantras that Ankita swears by. She prides herself on keeping up with the fast evolving trends in L&D while staying true to the soul of learning design. A certified instructional designer, Ankita has designed learning solutions for some of the best names in the industry. Her recent learning initiative, LearningSol, is a SaaS based learning management services company that provides comprehensive learning solutions on their cloud-based platform.
